Steam & Chill Water Plant
The Steam & Chill Water Plant (S&CWP) is the large building on the Northeast corner of NE 8th and Phillips with very few windows. This facility provides steam for heating in winter and chilled water for cooling in summertime for many of the buildings here on the Oklahoma City campus.

The Plant is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to provide the campus' heating and cooling needs.

Environmental Automation and Controls
