Site Support Department

The goal of Site Support Department is to support the mission of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center by working to provide safe, comfortable and accommodating facilities for the students, faculty and staff of the Health Sciences Center community.

Site Support Department is made up of several shops, including Carpenter, Electric, Plumbing, Paint, Air Conditioning (HVAC), the Key Shop, the Sign Shop, Biomedical Electronics, and Utility Control. Each shop has a specialty, but all shops work together to complete projects and resolve building maintenance issues. Shop employees respond to trouble calls for building maintenance. Site Support Department performs routine building maintenance, remodeling, construction, and equipment repair work.
